ĀYU Council was founded in 2015 to provide a fresh start for the development of Āyurveda in the US based on classical standards. As an unrecognized, unlicensed profession today, Āyurveda has the opportunity to develop as a complete paradigm with full recognition of its scope. ĀYU Council strives to represent the classical science accurately and effectively for the current time and culture. Throughout its history, Āyurveda has experienced growth, discoveries and challenges. The profession today spans communities across the globe with widely varied knowledge and skills. ĀYU Council is building a common platform to collaborate and advance Āyurveda through development of its secular, scientific framework and technology. |
